HRMS architecture: employees use a self-service web and mobile app, HR and managers use an admin portal. Modules: core HR (employee master, org structure), attendance (biometric devices, geo-fenced mobile check-in), leave management, payroll (salary structure, statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS), performance and goals, and a document service for letters. Payroll sends bank transfer files and statutory filings; SSO through the company identity provider.
