Attendance system deployment: biometric face/fingerprint devices at each office and factory gate push punches over HTTPS to an attendance API (they cache offline). Field staff use a mobile app that captures selfie and GPS. The API runs on Google Cloud Run, data is stored in Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), and a nightly job syncs attendance to the HRMS for leave and payroll.
