Telecom OSS/BSS architecture: customers use a self-care app and retailers use a retailer app. BSS: CRM, product catalog, order management, charging (online charging system for prepaid), billing and payments. OSS: service inventory, provisioning/activation to the network (HLR/HSS, 5G core), mediation that collects usage records from the network, and service assurance for faults and performance. Integration via TM Forum Open APIs.
