What happens after an online donation: payment confirmation, 80G receipt generation, donor CRM update and annual filing.

Donation receipt sequence: a donor pays on the NGO's donation page via a payment gateway. On payment success, the donation service records the gift, the receipt service generates an 80G tax receipt PDF with PAN details, and the email service sends it. The donor's record is updated in the CRM. At year end, the NGO files the statement of donations (Form 10BD) and donors can download Form 10BE.
