🤝 Non-profit & NGO · Flowchart
How an NGO wins and manages a corporate CSR grant: proposal, due diligence, agreement, tranches and utilisation reports.
Drawing diagram…
CSR grant workflow: the NGO sends a proposal aligned to the company's CSR policy (Schedule VII). The company does due diligence (CSR-1 registration, 12A/80G, audited accounts, site visit). If approved, an MoU is signed with milestones. Funds are released in tranches; before each next tranche the NGO submits progress and a utilisation certificate. At the end an impact assessment is shared.
