How a fleet of warehouse robots connects to the cloud: on-site fleet server, edge Kubernetes, telemetry and remote updates.

Robot fleet deployment: robots connect over site Wi-Fi to an on-site fleet management server running on edge Kubernetes (K3s), which handles traffic control and task assignment locally. Telemetry and logs stream over MQTT to AWS IoT Core, into Amazon Timestream and Grafana dashboards. Software updates are built in CI and delivered through AWS IoT Greengrass in staged rollouts.
