How a power utility runs a public EV charging network: chargers, a charge-point management system, grid load control and billing.

Drawing diagram…
A utility-run EV charging network: drivers use a mobile app to find and start chargers. Chargers connect over OCPP to a charge point management system (CPMS). A load management service reads feeder load from the utility SCADA/ADMS and limits charging power at busy times. Sessions go to a billing service with wallet payments via a payment gateway, and roaming sessions are exchanged with other networks over OCPI.
