📣 Marketing, CRM & Support · Sequence
How a marketing email campaign is sent: audience built, consent checked, emails personalised and sent in batches, and opens and clicks tracked.
Drawing diagram…
Email campaign sequence: the marketer schedules a campaign in the marketing tool. At send time it pulls the audience from the CRM, removes unsubscribed and bounced addresses, personalises each email, and sends in batches of 10,000 through an email service (Amazon SES). Delivery, open and click events come back by webhook and are written to the CRM contact timeline.
