🏗️ Construction · Flowchart
A daily safety inspection routine on a construction site: checklists, hazard reporting, stop-work authority and follow-up.
Drawing diagram…
Site safety flowchart: the safety officer starts the daily inspection with the checklist (PPE, scaffolding, fall protection, electrical, excavation, housekeeping) and records findings with photos. An imminent danger triggers stop-work in that area until fixed and re-inspected. Other findings are rated minor or major, assigned to the responsible contractor with a due date, and followed up; unclosed items escalate to the project manager. Weekly trends are reviewed in the safety meeting.
