1. Service Description
CloudSketch AI is an intelligent software architecture platform that translates natural language prompts and technical specifications into standard C4 architecture diagrams, microservice topologies, and technical component maps.
CloudSketch AI is operated by ASM Techno Labs, a proprietorship registered in Patna, Bihar, India ("we", "us"). In these terms, "you" means the person or organisation using CloudSketch AI.
By accessing or using CloudSketch AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Service Use & Generation Quotas
CloudSketch AI provides both free tier access and paid subscription plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise).
Free Tier Quotas
Free users can generate 10 diagrams per day with a free account, or 3 per day without signing in. Pro accounts are subject to a fair-use limit of 500 diagrams per day.
Pro & Team Subscriptions
Paid subscribers receive unlimited diagram generations, workspace features, and priority API access.
Input Responsibility
You represent and warrant that your input prompts do not violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
As-Is Provision
Generated diagrams and code outputs are provided "as-is" and should be reviewed by qualified engineers before production deployment.
3. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds
All subscription payments and invoices are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
- Prices are displayed prior to checkout in your selected currency (INR ₹, USD $, EUR €).
- Subscriptions auto-renew according to your chosen monthly or annual billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
- Disputes or refund requests are governed by our official Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in payment fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, or billing abuse.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use CloudSketch AI only for lawful technical architecture and software design documentation.
🚫 Strictly Prohibited Activities
You may not submit illegal, malicious, or abusive prompt text; attempt to bypass daily generation limits or paywalls; reverse-engineer platform APIs; or run automated web scrapers and load testing attacks against our infrastructure.
5. Third-Party Software & Open-Source Licenses
CloudSketch AI incorporates open-source software libraries to render visual diagrams and charts.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudSketch AI and its operating entity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of generated diagrams, service interruptions, or data transmission failures.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
