Refund Policy

CloudSketch AI is operated by ASM Techno Labs, Patna, Bihar, India.
At CloudSketch AI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Since we offer a free plan (10 diagrams a day with a free account, 3 without signing in) for evaluation, we strongly encourage users to try the platform before upgrading.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time, yourself: log in, open Account settings, and click Cancel subscription under Plan & billing. It takes effect immediately and you won't be charged again. If you can't log in, email support@cloudsketchai.com from your account email and we will cancel it within one working day. Upon cancellation, your access to the Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the transaction.
- We reserve the right to decline refunds if we detect abuse of the service, automated scraping, or excessive diagram generations prior to the refund request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@cloudsketchai.com with:
- Your account email address
- The Razorpay transaction ID or subscription ID
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
