Check-in sequence: before doors open, gate scanner devices download the ticket list. An attendee shows a QR ticket; the scanner checks it against the local list and whether it's already used. If valid, the attendee enters and the scan syncs to the check-in server, which updates the live dashboard. If the ticket was already scanned at another gate, entry is refused and a supervisor is alerted.
