No physical shipping
CloudSketch AI is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved, for customers in India or anywhere else in the world.
How the service is delivered
- Free plan: available immediately after you create an account at cloudsketchai.com.
- Pro subscription: Pro features are unlocked on your account automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment partner, Razorpay, usually within a minute.
- You use the service in your web browser. Diagrams you create can be downloaded straight from the app; nothing is sent to you by post.
- Your payment receipt is sent by Razorpay to the email address you used at checkout.
Delivery timeline
Access is normally instant. If Pro features are not active on your account within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@cloudsketchai.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment or subscription ID, and we will activate your access or refund the payment within 2 working days.
Availability
The service is available worldwide wherever you have an internet connection. We aim for high availability, but short interruptions for maintenance can occur; these do not change your billing period.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Account settings. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
