🛋️ Home Interiors · Flowchart
How snags (defects) are found and fixed before handing over a finished home interior project.
Drawing diagram…
Snag list workflow: after installation the site supervisor and customer walk through every room. Each defect (scratch, misaligned shutter, gap, paint patch) is recorded with photos in the snag app and tagged critical or minor, then assigned to carpenter, painter or electrician. Fixes are verified; critical snags must be closed before handover. Minor snags can be closed after handover within a warranty window. The final payment is collected and the warranty card issued.
