This policy explains the cookies and browser storage CloudSketch AI uses, and how you control them. Analytics only runs if you accept it.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser by websites you visit. They allow websites to recognise your browser and remember certain information to make your experience better.
2. What We Use
✅ Strictly Necessary: always on
Essential browser storage
CloudSketch AI keeps a few items in your browser's local storage so the site works. They never leave your device except to keep you signed in, and they are not used for tracking.
If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the diagram studio (clicks, scrolling, and anonymised session recordings). Clarity's default settings mask sensitive text, such as what you type into form fields. If you click Reject, Clarity is not loaded and Google Analytics sets no cookies.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell your data.
3. Changing Your Choice
You can change your analytics choice at any time:
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will sign you out and reset your saved diagram.
4. Third-Party Services
Signing in with Google or GitHub, and paying through Razorpay, take you to those services, which set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Their privacy terms apply there: Google, Microsoft (Clarity), GitHub, Razorpay.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
